I’m a therapist that genuinely loves my work. I love being a part of truly impactful moments in my client’s lives. Like most therapists, I had my own transformative experiences in therapy that inspired me to offer the same healing to my clients. I began my journey of supporting others in their healing working in group homes for teenage foster youth, a population that struggles with immense pain and suffering. I learned that I can sit with others in the worst struggles of their lives remain centered and compassionate. I then began my work as a therapist at Petaluma Peoples Services Center, a low-fee client that servers a wide range of clients with diverse struggles and needs. I then chose to specialize in working in a private practice in Sonoma County that serves couples exclusively on their journeys of rediscovering connection and thriving in their most important relationship. I then launched this private practice to blend all of my passions.
I live in Santa Rosa, California with my dog Quenton. I love the outdoors in beautiful Sonoma County, 90’s music, relaxing at a local coffee shop watching the world go by, or sitting for meditation practice with one of the dogs on my lap.
